• Ajwain honey is collected from Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh areas from the exclusive plantation areas of Ajwain in the month of November. It is dark in colour and has hint of Ajwain in its after taste. It helps in stomach related issues like indigestion, acidity etc.
• Mustard honey comes from exclusive plantation areas of Mustard seeds (both yellow and black) widely available in Northern India during winters. It is light amber in colour and loaded with sweetness. It has high crystallization rate and gives creamy texture in cold environment. Due to its conversion to creamy crystallized texture it is popular among European and American consumers and is the biggest export from India in honey category.
