  • Orders received before 11 am on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped on
    the same day.
  • Orders received after 11 am or on Sundays and
    public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Carrier and Method:

  • We carefully select the shipping carrier and method for each order to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
  • We exclusively use surface transport for shipping within India.

Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and method chosen by us.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions and unforeseen logistical challenges.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • While we strive to cover most pincodes in India, there may be cases where certain pincodes are not serviceable by our chosen carrier. In such instances, we will promptly notify you and refund the full amount within 3 days.

Tracking and Order Updates:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.
  • We also offer order status updates through SMS and WhatsApp. You will receive notifications regarding the status of your order, including shipment updates and delivery confirmation.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination within India of your order.
