Refund Policy

Product Returns:

  • Due to the nature of our products being food items, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Please carefully review your order before making a purchase, including product details and quantities.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To assist us in resolving the issue, kindly provide order id and relevant images of the product.
  • We will diligently investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion.

Delivery and OTP Verification:

  • Some of our delivery partners may use OTP-based delivery. Customers are requested to verify their mobile numbers before placing an order.
  • If an order remains undelivered due to the customer being non-contactable during delivery attempts or failure to provide the OTP, one additional attempt will be made. If the delivery still fails:
  • A refund may be processed after deducting applicable courier charges.

Refunds:

Non-Serviceable Pincodes:

  • While we strive to cover most pincodes in India, there may be instances where certain pincodes are not serviceable by our chosen carrier.
  • If your shipping address falls within a non-serviceable pincode, we will promptly notify you and refund the full amount within 3 days.

Order Cancellation:

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified on website.
