This dark amber honey offers a mild yet flavorful experience with subtle herbal undertones.
2. SUNDARBAN honey is collected in the traditional way by skilled moulis of the Sundarban delta from the open magroves of West Bengal. With its distinctive flavor and aroma, this honey is a testament to the richness of the delta’s biodiversity. This honey is characterized by its free-flowing texture and mild pungency, which distinguishes it from other honey types that tend to be thicker and more viscous.
3. SHEESHAM, honey is sourced from the self-sustaining Sheesham trees also known as “Rosewood” that commonly grow in the areas bordering Punjab and Rajasthan. It is harvested during the 15-day blooming period of the tree, usually in March, producing beautiful amber-colored nectar. The natural light amber color of this honey complements its mild flavor, which is marked by woody undertones that make it truly unique.
