A wonderful selection of honey, carefully selected to present some of the best varieties from India- a perfect representation of diversity in Indian honey. The honey come in small adorable glass bottles, and tasting each honey elevates the experience and makes one feel like a honey-connoisseur.

Pack consists six bottles of 50 gm honey of following varieties.

  1. Honeycomb has all of its nutrients intact as it’s never been removed from its “natural home.” All of the pollen, propolis, royal jelly, and trace nutrients found in the honey itself are also in the wax, just waiting to be unlocked and eaten.
  2. Himalayan wild honey collected from rich source of herbal and medicinal plants of valleys from Uttrakhand, it is dark caramalised in colour with subtle hint of herbal aromatic flavours.
  3. Ajwain honey comes from the plantation of Ajwain in Madhya Pradesh, it is dark amber in colour and has touch of bitterness along with the sweetness and one can smell mild aromatic Ajwain flavour.
  4. Sheesham ( Rosewood) honey collected from the open fields of Punjab, it is light amber in colour with woody undertones in its flavour.
  5. Sundarban wild honey comes from nectar of open mangroves of West Bengal, it is runnier in consistency and has little pungency in taste along with its sweetness.
  6. Mustard Honey comes from lush yellow fields of mustard flowers during winters, it is a biggest honey export from India to the European markets, because of its sweetness and creamy texture as it crystallizes faster than normal varieties of honey.
