Sourced predominantly from the nectar of mustard flowers, this honey is distinguished by its unique crystallised or creamy texture. What sets this honey apart is its unique sugar profile; unlike most honeys that have more fructose than glucose, this honey contains a higher glucose content, leading to a high crystallization rate and a creamy texture in cold environments. This honey's exceptional texture sets it apart as India's premier honey export.
Note: The honey was initially kept at ambient temperatures (around 5-10 degrees Celsius) after harvesting, allowing it to naturally develop its creamy texture. Once this texture was achieved, it is then stored in refrigerators (rest of the year) to maintain its integrity. Please note, due to standard shipping practices, there is a possibility that the creamy texture may soften during peak summer months. Upon receipt, we recommend storing it in a refrigerator to preserve its delightful texture for optimal enjoyment.
